The Brave Enough Mission

What began as a personal mission to treat my own phobia has now become my life mission.

This population is under-served, and we’re changing that. We’re also fighting misinformation, advocating for ethical practices, and raising the bar for treatment.

We believe in treating the whole person. We believe survivors of trauma. And we believe that people with phobias are uniquely positioned to guide the future of treatment.

Practical steps

Treating this phobia is challenging enough. We have broken down the most effective treatments and theories into usable steps that can improve your practice today.

Lasting impact

We uphold practices that aim to benefit the client for life. We think long term, advocating for lasting change so that future generations are free from medical phobias.
