Welcome

You are not alone - though this phobia may have you feeling misunderstood, frustrated, and desperate.

Here you will find a growing set of resources. No resource on this site can replace a trained therapist, though they are all therapist-made.

These resources are all free for phobia sufferers! Feel free to share them and remember to give credit to Brave Enough to help us grow.

If you’ve been helped by Brave Enough and would like to pay it forward, please donate here. Every little bit helps us reach more people like you.

If you have a therapist who you would like to take our training, make sure to share it with them.

Resources to help in-between therapy sessions or before starting therapy.

We get it - therapy can have long waitlists and high costs. These resources can help kick-start your healing journey or boost the one you’re already on.

Remember that consistency is better than intensity - it’s a marathon, not a sprint. Try for a few minutes each day and you might be amazed at your progress.

Two women are sitting on a gray couch in a well-lit room. One woman with glasses and long hair tied back is holding her face with her hands, smiling happily. The other woman with curly hair and glasses standing next to her is smiling and holding a mug. There is a laptop on the woman's lap, and a rainbow decoration on the wall behind them.
